He has worked for Newcrest Mining ( obtaining his Lean Six Sigma certification during this tenure ), GoldFields LTD , Luna Gold and other companies . He obtained his Chartered Professional engineer certificate as firstclass mine manager at the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy .
