Operations and a postgraduate in Mineral Processing , at University of Queensland in Australia , Fabiano Costa , has much to be proud of .
He began his young career , still at the age of 16 , working in the family mining business and later on as an operator of heavy equipment in the extinct Águas Claras Mine , former MBR , which today is the giant Vale . For six years he was a Mining Engineer at Samarco until he left to explore other horizons in Chile , Canada and Australia , through BHP Billiton , a global leader in natural resources .
