The challenge then becomes one of implementing change , especially in a company that has successfully operated for more than 70 years . Van Wyk points to the one word that ’ s on everybody ’ s lips in any organisation is capital and the allocation of that capital . Talk of change is all well and good but eventually it ’ s going to come down to cost , timing and priority and how much is going to be needed to invest in this change .
