29 school visits to rural areas as part of the Foundation ’ s national outreach programme . Learners ’ support programmes are provided at the Foundation ’ s English , Mathematics and Science centres in the towns of Arandis and Swakopmund in the Erongo Region , and in Ondangwa in the Oshana Region . During 2019 , the mobile laboratory assisted the Kahenge Combined Secondary School in English , Mathematics and Science . This programme supported 992 learners and 23 teachers throughout the year . The Rössing Foundation also offers library services as part of its community outreach .
